Exchanges & Returns
Your order will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned in original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the delivery date. the return item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Returning a product for exchange is complementary. In order to do this, contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, which item you want to exchange and for what.
We'll send you a product exchange slip and a pre-paid return label by email.
Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a few days after we receive the return item.
It the item you requested is not available in our stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com . To request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. we will email you back with a product return slip.
LOTTA reserves the right ro deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.
Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days from reception of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase.
